[PT] A Ideias do Levante - Associação Cultural de Lagoa (Algarve), irá organizar, de 13 a 15 de Setembro de 2024, a quarta edição do Lagoa | YogaFest, com o intuito de promover e divulgar a prática de Yoga e as várias temáticas relacionadas. Haverá espaço e actividades para praticantes de vários níveis e para pessoas que nunca tiveram contacto com o Yoga, sejam estas crianças, adolescentes e/ou adultos. Haverá ainda lugar à divulgação de facilitadores, terapeutas e locais de prática (e de apoio à prática) e, por sua vez, do Concelho de Lagoa, como um ponto de encontro convidativo para uma vida mais saudável e consciente.

[EN] Ideias do Levante - the cultural association of Lagoa (Algarve), will organize, from the 13th to the 15th of September 2024, the fourth edition of Lagoa | YogaFest, with the aim of promoting the practice of Yoga and the various related subjects around it. There will be activities for practitioners of various levels and for people who have never had contact with Yoga, whether these are children, teenagers and/or adults. There will also be room to publicize facilitators, therapists and places of practice (and practice support) and finally, the Municipality of Lagoa (Algarve), as an inviting meeting point for a healthier and more conscious life.
